Return Policy

Effective February 1, 2026

We hope you love your pieces, but we understand that online shopping can sometimes be challenging. Please review our updated return policy to ensure a smooth and clear return experience.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on all products except Final Sale and Seasonal items. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

    •    Must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

    •    Must be free of stains, including deodorant, makeup, perfume, smoke, or other substances.

    •    Must be free of odors, human or animal hair, and any signs of wear or damage.

Items that do not meet the criteria for eligibility will be rejected and will not receive a refund or store credit. These items remain the responsibility of the customer, including any costs associated with shipping the item back to the customer.

Refunds & Store Credit

    •    Returns initiated within 3 days of delivery (based on tracking) are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

    •    Returns initiated after 3 days but within 7 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only. Store credit never expires.

    •    Returns requested beyond 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Defective Items

Items with manufacturing defects or damage must be reported and returned within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking). Defective items reported after this timeframe will not be accepted.

In-Person Purchases

In-person purchases follow the same return guidelines as online purchases. Customers must provide valid order information and obtain return approval, just as they would for an online purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse at their own expense.

Return Shipping

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    •    For customer convenience, Oh So Modest may provide a return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.

    •    Once a return shipping label has been issued, customers are expected to ship the item within three (3) business days.

    1.    Initiate Your Return:

    2.    Prepare Your Item:

Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.

    3.    Processing Time:

Once returns arrive at our PO Box and are received and inspected, processing may take up to seven (7) business days. After processing, refunds may take an additional seven (7) to ten (10) business days to appear, depending on the customer’s financial institution.

Important Notes

    •    Shipping charges are third-party fees and are non-refundable.

    •    We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please submit a return and place a new order. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges related to exchanged items.

    •    Returns shipped without prior approval will not be accepted.

    •    Oh So Modest is not responsible for any items that have been washed, dried, dry cleaned, altered, or otherwise processed after delivery.
