Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Orders may take 1-4 business days to process. In most cases, we ship the same day the order is placed (depending on daily postal hours).

Shipping Days:

  • Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.

Shipping Cost:

  • $12.99 per order - flat rate

Shipping Method:

  • We ship via USPS and UPS. Most customers receive their packages within 2-5 days of shipment, but delivery times may vary.

Pre-Orders:

  • Pre-order items typically ship within 12-15 days, though in rare cases, it may take up to 15-20 days.
  • If you order multiple items, and some are on pre-order, your "ready to ship" items will be held until all items are available.
  • If you wish to have your items shipped separately, an additional $12.99 shipping fee will apply.

Shipping & Delivery Times:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates. The shipping and transit times provided are estimates only.
  • We recommend ordering early to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Shipping Issues & Claims:

  • Oh So Modest is not responsible for any delays, mishandling, or incorrect deliveries caused by third-party couriers (USPS or other shipping carriers).
  • If your order is delayed, mishandled, or delivered to the wrong recipient, please contact the courier directly to file a complaint or claim.

Express Shipping:

  • If you select Express Shipping, Oh So Modest will expedite the processing of your order and prioritize it above all other orders.
  • We will also select the fastest available shipping service for your order.
  • If you need your order by a specific date, please include that information in the notes section of your order or contact us via email at info@ohsomodest.com.
  • If your order is delayed or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please note that Oh So Modest is not responsible. Once a shipping label is created and the package is dropped off with a third-party courier, we are no longer responsible for the item. The customer will need to contact the courier to file a claim, request a refund, or address any issues.
